EXPERIENCED LEADERSHIP TEAM.

Since its founding, WestCorp Management Group has built a solid track record in successfully turning around apartment communities that weren’t productive in their investment returns. In the last three years, WestCorp has helped clients develop, stabilize, and sell more than half a million in multi-family assets, and in 2021-2022, WestCorp will lease-up more than 1,500 new units. It has had as many as 50,000 units under management. Additionally, since its inception, WestCorp has had more lease ups than any other entity in Las Vegas.
